SALES AWARDS

SMC/SC selects Sales Award winners from nominations submitted by builders and sales staffing companies on a quarterly basis. Categories are segmented by price ranges; sellers at communities throughout Southern California are eligible. Quarterly winners within each category automatically advance as finalists for the MAME Awards.

This prestigious award spotlights those individuals who have made superior contributions to the sales of their new-home community. SMC/SC intends for this award to recognize total sales professionalism, and therefore winners are not selected based solely on volume.

Nominations are accepted by the 15th of the month following the end of each quarter: April, July, October, and January.
